Do you have a showroom where I can take a look at your products?
Yes, you can visit our showroom located at 2 Kim Chuan Drive, #02-06 CSI Distribution Centre, Singapore 537080. You can even try a cup of 3M filtered water! We are open from Mon to Fri 9am-4.30pm. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
Can I arrange for a site visit at my place before committing to a purchase?
Yes. Simply fill up the necessary fields in our contact form. You can indicate your preferred date and time for the visit. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange for a slot.
Can I pay via credit card?
Yes, simply checkout at our shop and pay using your credit card details.
What other payments do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and PayNow. We also accept payment on the day of installation.
I came across a limited-time promotion you are offering and would like to enjoy the discount. However, my new home is not ready. Can I still enjoy the discount?
Not to worry. You can place a $100 deposit with us via cash, cheque or bank transfer to enjoy the promotion before it ends.
What is the process & lead time like?
The process will be as follows:
Furnish us your mobile number and postal code.
We will liaise with you & arrange for site visit (if required).
Furnish quotation for your acceptance.
If your renovation is still ongoing, our installation will only come after.
3-7 working days lead time upon your confirmation of our quotation.
