Every purchase of the dispenser includes installation of the 3M dispenser within 3 meters from the water source.
Additional costs
- $60 – Drilling on hard top (e.g. granite, marble or quartz) or multiple cabinet walls (e.g. more than 2 holes)
- $15 per meter – For extension of piping more than 3 meters

A power outlet and a nearby water source is required. A common installation method is to drill an 8mm-sized hole in your countertop to allow the water piping to pass through.
It is recommended to changed the filter once every 6 – 9 months — there is only 1 filter and it can be replaced easily!
The filter capacity is 4,000 liters, sufficient for daily use for up to 10pax. If usage is higher, you may need to change the filter sooner to maintain the water flow-rate of the dispenser.
To ensure that your dispenser is well-maintained, we also recommend maintaining the cleanliness of the dispenser by cleaning the exterior case, cleaning the nozzle and drip tray.
Yes, the Aqua-Pure™ Hot & Cold Filtered Water Dispenser comes with a smart replacement alarm system.
Changing the cartridge is easy, and something you can do on your own!
- First, remove the cover on the right of the dispenser.
- Grab the filter cartridge firmly and twist it in an anti-clockwise direction. Tilt it and remove it from its filter head cavity.
- Insert the new cartridge into the filter head cavity, twist it in a clockwise direction until it is locked in place.
The Aqua-Pure™ Hot & Cold Filtered Water Dispenser utilizes the 3M AP Easy Complete filter that maintains the pH value of water supplied by Pubic Utilities Board (PUB) at 7.5-8.3. There are also no additives added to change the water’s pH level, so the dispenser does not produce alkaline water.
The Aqua-Pure™ Hot & Cold Filtered Water Dispenser only requires a water inlet. It does not have a water outlet because it doesn’t discharge any waste water, which means more efficient use of your water.
Yes, you can switch off the hot and/or cold water function anytime and enjoy ambient water.
